It's our practice to never store our products for fear of spoilage and contamination. Once payment has been made, that's the only time our compounding pharmacists and chemists will make your orders. Since our products are not commercially produced, there is a 2-3 days waiting period before we could ship orders. Compounding requires time for expertise and raw materials. But once they are made, we ship the very next day. Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. processing time does not include weekends and orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. We will inform you as soon as your orders are in.

We accept CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS payment for a quick and secure way of making INSTANT PAYMENT using ALERTPAY, and SAFEPAY. You have to sign-up for an account to be able to use our Merchant Retailer for your credit/debit/e-check payments. If you wish to order in BULK with COMBINED SHIPPING, please email us all your orders, with shipping details such as your complete name, address, and contact numbers, and as soon as we receive your orders, we will respond to you immediately for your INVOICE with the detailed quantity, prices of products, and the total amount including the shipping and handling fee. Be inform that there is a minimal % sales tax for processing your credit card payment.

You can also DIRECTLY DEPOSIT your payment anywhere ABROAD thru our CAPITAL ONE and WELLS FARGO account for safer and with no transaction fee, just request for our bank account details by sending us email at our customercare email form.
We use POSTAL (Registered Air Mail Delivery) service to ship International orders, this is the cheapest, and would take about 10 to 15 working days before you can receive your orders, but if you want to receive your orders immediately, we can use EMS (Expedite Mail Service), this is quite costly than Postal, delivery would take 3-5 working days (Asia Countries) 5-7 working days (US States) 7-10 working days (Europe Countries and Canada).
Shipping fees will be shouldered by the client/buyer. Once your orders are made, we ship the very next day. Make sure that you provide a COMPLETE, and CONFIRMED shipping address and a valid email address so you can receive your order receipt and shipping confirmation and tracking details. If you do not receive email confirmation of your order, make sure to check your SPAM filter / folder. We cannot be responsible for incomplete or inaccurate information provided.
BeautyZone will charge additional shipping charge to the customer if the items was returned to us, and has to be ship back again to the customer, due to unavailabity of the recipient to receive it at the time it was delivered, or due to incomplete address provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer. You can deposit your payment directly to BeautyZone authorized Officer's BPI , or BDO accounts at any of its branches all over the Philippines. Please inform us first before depositing your payment so we can easily verify your payment online, as soon as we verify your deposited payment, we will text or email your payment for acknowledgement.
We will immediately ship to you your purchase orders and receipt through AIR21/LBC as soon as we confirm your deposited payment. There will be minimal charge for the shipment and will be included in your account. Our daily CUT-OFF TIME for dispatching paid orders is 11 AM, if deposited payment done after 11 AM, orders will be dispatch the next day.
