Ordering Guideline And Policy:

Strictly Followed- Advance Payment Required For Us To Be Able to Compound Your Orders - We require advance payment before items could be made and shipped. It's our practice to never store our products for fear of spoilage and contamination. Once payment has been made, that’s the only time our compounding pharmacists and chemists will make your orders. Since our products are not commercially produced, there is a 2-3 days waiting period before we could ship orders. Compounding requires time for expertise and raw materials. But once they are made, we ship the very next day. Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. processing time does not include weekends and orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. We will inform you as soon as your orders are in.

Rest assured that you are getting only new, and fresh products everytime you order.

For International Payment

We accept PAYPAL payment using PayPal Email Payment Method for a quick and secure way to request payment from our customers. You can use your credit card, bank, and PayPal payments online. We will just email you for a payment request that you can click and pay. Kindly email us your final orders, with complete name, shipping address, and contact numbers, and as soon as we receive your orders, we will email you back for your invoice with the detailed quantity, and prices of products, including the shipping costs for your orders. You will need to register to Paypal for you to be able to pay us online.

We also accept credit cards, or debit cards via WESTERN UNION, XOOM, MONEYGRAM, BDO REMIT; you have to sign-up for an account to be able to wire your payment to us, after doing so, please email us the MTCN, or reference number, amount paid in dollars, secret word (if any), complete name, shipping address, and contact number of the person to whom we should ship the parcel.

Shipping Worldwide:

We use POSTAL (Registered Air Mail Delivery) service to ship International orders, this is the cheapest, and would take about 10 to 15 working days before you can receive your orders, but if you want to receive your orders immediately, we can use EMS (Expedite Mail Service), this is quite costly than Postal, delivery would take 3-5 working days (Asia Countries) 5-7 working days (US States) 7-10 working days (Europe Countries and Canada).

Shipping fees will be shouldered by the client/buyer. Once your orders are made, we ship the very next day. Make sure that you provide a COMPLETE, and CONFIRMED shipping address and a valid email address so you can receive your order receipt and shipping confirmation and tracking details. If you do not receive email confirmation of your order, make sure to check your SPAM filter / folder. We cannot be responsible for incomplete or inaccurate information provided.

BeautyZone will charge additional shipping charge to the customer if the items was returned to us, and has to be ship back again to the customer, due to unavailabity of the recipient to receive it at the time it was delivered, or due to incomplete address provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer. Please double check your address carefully when placing your orders.

IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER WITHIN THE PERIOD COMMITTED, PLEASE CHECK YOUR TRACKING AGAIN, MANY TIMES THE PACKAGE IS BEING HELD AT THE POST OFFICE FOR PICK UP.

Arrival of your orders vary from country to the other.The duration within which your package get to its destination is affected by external factors such as locating your shipping address, your customs duties, etc.

For Metro Manila/Provincial Payment:

You can deposit your payment directly to BeautyZone authorized recipient's bank account at any of its branches all over the Philippines. We will provide you with the bank details upon orders are finalized. Please fax, email, call or text to us to inform your payment made for acknowledgement.

We will immediately ship to you your purchase orders and receipt through AIR21/LBC as soon as we confirm your deposited payment. Strictly By Appointment: For Pick-Up Orders:

For Metro Manila clients, you can pick up orders in our office, or meet-up with one of our sales staff from our pick up points( Glorietta , Robinson's Galleria, Ortigas & Greenhills). It can also be shipped via Air21/LBC and delivered at your doorstep.

User Agreement:

STRICTLY FOLLOWED - No Return/ No Exchange/ No Refund Policy - unless in some cases that we won't be able to ship or deliver the item(s) to you, then we will refund your full purchase amount of the products undelivered. It is also understood that BeautyZone have the right to use postal service on follow-up shipment for undelivered products in cases such as unavoidable circumstances/problems beyond control.

Terms And Conditions:

BeautyZone Skin Care And Beauty Products is not responsible for any taxes and/or duties which may be levied when your shipment enters your country of destination. If you do incurr these additional charges, you might be presented with an invoice for which you are responsible.
